February build! 

RUNE SYSTEM

We've started implementing a rune system where you draw runes to finish off enemies in combat! You can toggle it by holding the SPACE BAR. Drawing certain runes will make the lines flash red! Further development includes visual updates, implementation of runes in the combat itself, and integrating runes in areas outside of combat before the first fight scene (i.e. within a childhood flashback scene)

NARRATIVE

Since last semester, we've revamped the narrative to be a 'side-story' (occurring before the main events of FDOW) of the initial FDOW narrative! The story is focused on Sirius and Cano, two boys that meet again while enlisting in the army. The narrative will be updated and implemented into the build by next devlog! The structure of the game is still the same as the original.
